Terms of Use (EULA) for Mirai

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Mirai’s mobile application and services (“Mirai,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using Mirai, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Use of the Service

Mirai is a goal-tracking application that allows you to create goals, record progress, and save notes. The service is provided for personal and non-commercial use only.

2. Accounts

To use Mirai, you must create an account using your email address. You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Notifications

Mirai may send you reminders and notifications related to your goals only if you opt in. You can enable or disable notifications at any time in your device or app settings.

4. No Subscriptions or Payments

Mirai does not offer in-app purchases, subscriptions, or paid plans. You will not be charged for using the app.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Mirai only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the operation or security of Mirai
• Use automated tools, scrapers, or bots to access the service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the app
• Upload content that is harmful, illegal, offensive, or violates the rights of others

6. User Content

You retain all rights to the goals, notes, and progress entries you create. By using Mirai, you grant us permission to store this data securely so the app can function properly.

We do not use your content to train AI models or for advertising purposes.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of Mirai is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you agree that we may process your data as described in that policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, features, software, and content in Mirai are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal purposes only. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of Mirai without our permission.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Mirai if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Mirai is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, available at all times, or free from security issues. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mirai and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of data
• Inability to access or use the service

Our total liability for any claim related to your use of Mirai will not exceed the amount you paid us, which is 0 EUR, as the app is free.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Spain.

13. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or in-app notification. Continued use of Mirai after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
